Family Services wins PA Liquor Control Board Grant

Family Services of Montgomery County has been awarded a 2020-2022 grant from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for activities planned to help reduce underage and dangerous drinking. The award is part of a total $2.87 million distributed for use during the two-year cycle. The local winners are among 84 organizations that received funding in 36 counties.
Family Services is slated to get $30,000 for alcohol awareness and prevention education programs for five schools each year.
