Shine a Light on Prevention Community Event

Cheltenham Communities That Care (CTC) invites families and community members to come together for Youth Ignite to Shine a Light on Prevention, a fun-filled afternoon focused on connection, education, and youth empowerment.

The event will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 1–4 pm at Cheltenham High School and offers something for all ages. Admission is FREE!

Attendees can enjoy interactive activities like anti-vaping and lung health education, crafts, a 360° photo booth, and tours of emergency vehicles.

There will also be opportunities to meet Shelby the therapy dog, explore local community resources, and enjoy live performances from the Cheltenham High School Choir, Cheltenham High School students, and Rapping About Prevention.

Guests can purchase refreshments and enter to win door prizes, including gift cards and a free week of Cheltenham Township’s sports camp (must be present to win).
