Parent Cafés provide an environment in which parents and family members can build protective factors through individual deep self-reflection and peer-to-peer learning.

With the help of a trained table host, parents/caregivers will engage in group discussions. We'll share parenting tips and learn ways to strengthen our families.

Free childcare is available on a limited first come, first served basis.
