NORRISTOWN, PA, January 8, 2013 — Are you young and feel as though your voice isn’t heard by adults? Are you tired of the negativity that plagues Norristown? Are you bored? Afraid? Frustrated?

The goal of the Norristown Violence Prevention Initiative (NVPI) is to prevent and reduce youth gang involvement and violence in Norristown.
